SHANGHAI, May 28 (SMM) –SHFE 1507 tin contract rose to RMB 117,100/mt after opening at RMB 116,010/mt on Wednesday evening, but then fell back slightly. On Thursday, the contract rose to RMB 117,510/mt early in the day, but then dropped to RMB 116,250/mt. July tin on the SHFE rose again in the afternoon before closing the day up RMB 400/mt or 0.34% at RMB 116,960/mt. Trading volumes were down 2,622 lots to 15,242 lots, and positions were down 446 to 6,654. SHFE 1507 tin contract is expected to move between RMB 115,000-121,000/mt during today’s night session.
