Scrap Gold, Silver and Platinum prices declined, 27th May, 2015

 

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined Wednesday, 27th May, 2015 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Platinum scrap prices too slumped.

 

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 3.49 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 4.47 and $ 5.47 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 2.23 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 11.67 per Oz to reach $ 821.72 per Oz. Silver scrap prices too closed slightly on the lower side at $13.71 per Oz, edging lower by $ 0.11 per Oz.

 

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices edged lower by $ 3.30 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap were down $ 4.24 and $ 5.17 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also was down $ 2.12 per Oz. Platinum scrap prices fell by $ 11.67 per Oz. Meantime, Non-hallmarked silver scrap prices witnessed a fall of $ 0.09 per Oz.
