China Manganese Ore Prices to Remain Stable (May25-29, 2015)

Manganese ore prices at Chinese ports are expected to remain stable in the week starting May 25, Shanghai Metals Market foresees.

SHANGHAI, May 25 (SMM) –Manganese ore prices at Chinese ports are expected to remain stable in the week starting May 25, Shanghai Metals Market foresees.

Inventories at ports totaled 2.8 million tonnes as of May 22, down slightly from a week ago. Stocks were 30,000 tonnes at Lianyungang port (excluded stocks at bonded zone), 1.94 million tonnes at Tianjin port, 750,000 mt at Qinzhou port, 20,000 tonnes of Malaysian manganese ore at Zhanjiang port, 28,000 tonnes at Beihai port, and 29,000 tonnes at Fangchenggang port.
