One large stainless steel mill in east China plans to close its hot-rolled production line in June, Shanghai Metals Market sources.

SHANGHAI, May 15 (SMM) – One large stainless steel mill in east China plans to close its hot-rolled production line in June for unit maintenance, Shanghai Metals Market sources.

The unit maintenance, scheduled for 11 days, is expected to impact production of #300 and #400 stainless steel, with #300 output down approximately by 10,000 tonnes, SMM learns.
