Japanese H2 scrap average prices continue to rise in mid April

The average price of Japanese H2 scrap continued to rise during the second week of April.

TOKYO (Scrap Monster): The average price of Japanese H2 scrap continued to rise during the second week of April. The H2 scrap prices had snapped its falling trend during the previous week, after declining for several weeks in a row.
 
The average price of Japan H2 scrap in Kanto, Central and Kansai region was ¥ 22,971/ton during the second week of April. The prices edged higher by ¥ 156/ton from the previous week. The prices had averaged at ¥ 22,815/ton during the first week of April.
 
The average price of H2 scrap in Kanto region was ¥ 23,667/ton. The average price in Kanto region climbed higher by ¥ 167 when compared with the previous week.
 
The average H2 scrap price in Central region was ¥ 21,620/ton. The average prices in the region held steady when compared with the week before.
 
The H2 scrap average prices declined in Kansai regions. The average price of H2 scrap in Kansai region during the second week of April was ¥ 23,625/ton, holding steady without any change when compared with the previous week.
