SHANGHAI, Mar. 20 (SMM) – Guangdong TDK Rising Rare Earth High Technology Material Co. plans to put the first phase of its 4,000 tpy NdFeB magnet project online this June, Guangdong’s local media reported.
The project reportedly costs 800 million yuan ($130 million) and is expected to create about 800 million yuan of value after entering service.
TDK Rising Rare Earth was a joint venture established by Japan’s TDK, Tokai Trade Co., and Chinese company Rising Nonferrous Metals Co. in May 2013.
