Aluminum Corporation of China (Chalco) decided to transfer no more than 120,000,000 shares of Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum Manufacturing Co., Ltd. by mean of public invitation of transferees.

SHANGHAI, Feb. 11 (SMM) – Aluminum Corporation of China (Chalco) decided to transfer no more than 120,000,000 shares of Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum Manufacturing Co., Ltd. by mean of public invitation of transferees, it said in a filing to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited yesterday.

The public invitation will last 9 working days, running from 11 February 2015 to 27 February 2015. Eligible individuals or institutions may submit their transferee applications during the aforementioned period.
