Chalco to Build Aluminum Alloy JV in Sichuan

Aluminum Corporation of China (Chalco) signed an agreement on January 3 to build an aluminum alloy formwork JV in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, the company said in its website yesterday.

SHANGHAI, Feb. 5 (SMM) – Aluminum Corporation of China (Chalco) signed an agreement on January 3 to build an aluminum alloy formwork JV in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, the company said in its website yesterday.

The agreement was signed with the local government and China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited. The Chinese aluminum giant said it is also mulling over investment in aerospace aluminum materials in Sichuan.
