BRASILIA (Scrap Monster):  Mellinda Moore, the strategist at the Standard Bank, stated that, the bank suspects whether, Vale is letting go some of the stockpiled materials, in advance of the expected rainy season. The company's recent initiation of its latest mine Carajas mine might contribute about 10 million tonnes to the overall 2015 output.

The company expects to ship about 340 million tonnes, in the year 2015, which hiked from the target made by the company in the year 2014, which was 327 million tonnes. In the year 22014, the amount was revised, from the estimation made from the beginning of the month, which was 321 million tonnes, and followed better than estimated volumes in the third quarter.

Anglo America has also started exporting pellets from its Minas Rio project, which is located in Brazil. In the month of November, Brazil has exported about 26 million tonnes of iron ore, which is a downfall from that of the month October, which was noted to be 30.9 million tonnes.
