LONDON (Scrap Monster): For the construction of the solar power project, 190 acres lying adjacent to the Raventhrope Farm, located in Broughton, has been set aside by the solar project developers at the company, Kinectic Solar.

After revealing the news regarding of fixed sale of the Scunthrope steel works, the planning director of Kinetic Solar stated that the solar power plant would provide the domestic steel company the benefit of carbon free energy sources, as well as no increase in its power charges.

He continued to  say that, the solar project, which would be installed in the company would provide up  to 38 MW of renewable energy power to the  steel works. In addition  to the initiation of the project will also give rise to many economic benefits in the area.

Many numbers of workers would be  employed in behalf of the project, as the part of the construction of the project. In addition to that, during the construction of the solar power projects, many materials would be brought from the local industries, including the alloys like steel.
