Japanese H2 scrap prices drop further during third week of October

The average price of Japanese H2 scrap declined further during the third week of October. This is the fourth consecutive week of decline for H2 scrap.

TOKYO (Scrap Monster): The average price of Japanese H2 scrap declined further during the third week of October. This is the fourth consecutive week of decline for H2 scrap.

The average price of Japan H2 scrap in Kanto, Central and Kansai region was ¥ 28,621/ton during the third week of October. The prices dropped sharply by ¥ 1,800/ton from the previous week. The prices had averaged at ¥ 30,421/ton during the second week of October.

The average price of H2 scrap in Kanto region was ¥ 29,267/ton. The average price in Kanto region declined sharply by ¥ 1,900/ton over the previous week.

The average H2 scrap price in Central region was ¥ 27,220/ton. The average prices in the region dropped by ¥ 1,500/ton when compared with the previous week.

The H2 scrap average prices dropped in Kansai regions too. The average price of H2 scrap in Kansai region during the third week of October was ¥ 29,375/ton, down by ¥2,000/ton over previous week’s prices.
