Local government in Shandong, China will give an additional power preferential tariff to photovoltaic enterprises for its development, local media reported today.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 19 (SMM) – Local government in Shandong, China will give an additional power preferential tariff to photovoltaic enterprises for its development, local media reported today. 

A subsidy of 0.05 yuan per kwh will be provided to local photovoltaic enterprises by Shandong’s government during 2013-2015, in addition to a 0.42-yuan-kwh national-level subsidy. 

In addition, Shandong government will also raise up to 100 millions yuan for distributed photovoltaic power generation.
