Japanese H2 scrap average prices fall further

The average price of Japanese H2 scrap continued its fall during the third week of March. The H2 scrap prices in the country’s Kanto, Central and Kansai region fell for the thirteenth straight week.

TOKYO (Scrap Monster): The average price of Japanese H2 scrap continued its fall during the third week of March. The H2 scrap prices in the country’s Kanto, Central and Kansai region fell for the thirteenth straight week.

The average price of Japan H2 scrap in Kanto, Central and Kansai region was ¥ 28,405/ton during the third week of March. The prices declined by ¥ 1,388/ton from the previous week.

The average price of H2 scrap in Kanto region was ¥ 27,333/ton. The average price in Kanto region saw decline of ¥ 1,000/ton from the previous week.

The average H2 scrap price in Central region was ¥ 27,320/ton. The prices fell sharply by ¥ 2,100/ton during the week.

Also, the H2 scrap average prices witnessed a fall of ¥ 1,062 /ton in Kansai regions. The average price of H2 scrap in Kansai region during the third week of March was ¥ 30,563/ton.
