#0 zinc prices were between RMB 14,890-14,930/mt, with spot discounts between RMB 180-210/mt against SHFE 1405 zinc contract prices.

SHANGHAI, Feb. 26 (SMM) – #0 zinc prices were between RMB 14,890-14,930/mt, with spot discounts between RMB 180-210/mt against SHFE 1405 zinc contract prices. #1 zinc prices were between RMB 14,840-14,850/mt. SHFE 1405 zinc contract prices opened at RMB 15,100/mt on Wednesday, and leveling out between RMB 15,100-15,120/mt. with ample spot supply, spot discounts remained high. Cargo holders were actively selling goods, but downstream buying interest was low. Shuangyan branded #0 zinc prices were around RMB 14,930/mt, with RMB 14,910/mt for Yuguang branded #0 zinc, and RMB 14,900/mt for Jiulong and Qinxin branded #0 zinc. SMC #0 zinc prices were around RMB 14,890/mt.
