SHANGHAI,November. 8 -- According to the preliminary data from the General Administration of Customs, China's imports of unwrought copper and copper semis were 406,708mt during October , with YTD imports from January to October  at 3,664,980mt, down 7 % YoY. China's imports of scrap copper were 3600 kt during October , with YTD imports from January to October  at 3.55 million mt, down 10.1% YoY.

China's imports of unwrought aluminum and aluminum semis were98,672 mt in October , with YTD imports from January to October  at 750,270  mt, down 27.3 % YoY. Alumina imports were 460kt during October , with YTD imports from January to October  at2940 kt, down 28.2% YoY. China's imports of scrap aluminum were 210 kt during October , with YTD imports from January to October  at 2020 kt,down 5.7% YoY. China's exports of unwrought aluminum were 52,943 mt in October , with YTD exports from January to October  at 461,251 mt, down 14.6 % YoY.
