SHANGHAI, Nov. 8 (SMM) -

Electricity Reform Allows Large Customers to Purchase Power Directly
According to the two notices by the National Energy Administration since August and the 383 plan by the Development Research Center of the State Council, the electricity reform will allow large customers to directly buy electricity.

NDRC: China to Free Up Petroleum Oil Market
Guo Jianying, Assistant Inspector of the National Development & Reform Commission (NDRC), said resource product price reform does not mean a disguised price increase. But prices did rise in resource environment price reform.
