Mainstream traded prices for spot aluminum in south China nudged up RMB 25/mt to RMB 14,450-14,460/mt on Friday.
SHANGHAI, Oct. 11 (SMM) – Mainstream traded prices for spot aluminum in south China nudged up RMB 25/mt to RMB 14,450-14,460/mt on Friday. Downstream producers were cautious about purchasing since the price gap between SHFE 1310 and 1311 aluminum contracts is large at RMB 100/mt and as delivery of SHFE current-month aluminum contracts is drawing near.
