Canada to Issue Initial Ruling to Anti-Dumping Probes into China’s Silicon Metal

Canada Border Services Agency will continue the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations into China's silicon metal and issue initial rulings July 22.
SHANGHAI, Jun. 26 (SMM) – The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced June 21 that there is a reasonable indication that the dumping and subsidizing of silicon metal from the China have caused injury or retardation or are threatening to cause injury to Canada’s silicon metal industry.
 
According to the determination, the Canada Border Services Agency will continue the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations into the affected products and issue initial rulings July 22.
