The US dollar slumped overnight, leaving LME zinc prices more resilient that SHFE zinc after opening on April 2.

SHANGHAI, Apr. 2 (SMM) – The US dollar slumped overnight, leaving LME zinc prices more resilient that SHFE zinc after opening on April 2. LME zinc prices are expected to move between USD 1,875-1,900/mt. SHFE 1306 zinc contract price is expected to move between RMB 14,600-14,750/mt, while spot discounts over the most active SHFE zinc contract price should be RMB 80-120/mt.
