SHANGHAI, Nov.14 (SMM) -- During the morning trading hours in the Shanghai nickel spot market, mainstream traded prices of nickel from Jinchuan Group were between RMB 115,700-116,000/mt, and mainstream traded prices of nickel from Russia were between RMB 114,600-114,800/mt, flat from a day earlier. Trading sentiment was still cautious, with sparse transactions reported by traders. When LME nickel prices plunged during the afternoon trading hours, mainstream traded prices of nickel from Jinchuan Group were between RMB 115,500-115,700/mt, and mainstream traded prices of nickel from Russia fell to RMB 114,400/mt. The price decline dampened market confidence, resulting in quiet transactions.
