China October Copper Output 520,000 Tons; Up 1.8% on Month

Nov 12, 2012 (Dow Jones) BEIJING--China's copper output rose 1.8% in October from September to 520,000 metric tons, the National Bureau of Statistics said Tuesday.

October's production rose 8.6% on the year, it said.

Output in the first 10 months rose 7.4% to 4.94 million tons, the bureau said.
