BEIJING, Sept. 4 -- China's benchmark Shanghai Composite Index on the Shanghai Stock Exchange closed at 2,059.15 points on Monday, up 11.63 points, or 0.57 percent, from the previous close.
A Share Index: 2,156.44 points, up 12.14 points, or 0.57 percent;
B Share Index: 216.39 points, up 1.95 points, or 0.91 percent;
Total turnover: 47.91 billion yuan (7.56 billion U.S. dollars).
