SHANGHAI, Jun. 25 (SMM) – On Monday, SHFE aluminum prices opened lower and failed to rally, dragging down spot aluminum prices. In South China, mainstream traded prices for spot aluminum fell to RMB 15,740-15,790/mt. Downstream enterprises kept a low buying interest, while goods holders were eager to sell goods with more goods arriving ahead of the Chinese Dragon Boat Festival. Thus, transactions reduced due to sufficient supply with deals sparse in the afternoon.
