DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightNEW DELHI, Feb 06, 2012 (Dow Jones) -- India's National Aluminium Co. Ltd. (532234.BY) Monday said its net profit for the fiscal third quarter fell 80%, driven down by almost flat sales as well as higher expenses for raw materials, fuel and wages.
Net profit for the October-December period fell to INR512.2 million from INR2.56 billion a year earlier.
Sales rose marginally to INR14.30 billion from INR14.25 billion.
The state-run aluminum producer's total costs rose 30% to INR15.08 billion.
