SHANGHAI, Dec. 20 (SMM) – SHFE lead prices fluctuated violently after its opening on Tuesday. Wait-and-see attitude prevailed in domestic spot markets, with transactions modest. Quotations for well-known brands such as Nanfang, Chihong Zn & Ge were RMB 15,150-15,180/mt, with premiums against SHFE 1201 lead contract prices at RMB 50/mt. Quotations for other brands, like Jingui, were at RMB 15,120/mt, and at RMB 15,040/mt for one brand from Fujian, which was rarely heard before.
