China Imports and Exports of Copper and Aluminum in November

SHANGHAI, Dec. 10 -- According to the preliminary data from General Administration of Customs on December 10th, China's imports of unwrought copper and copper semis were 351,597 mt during November, with YTD imports of 3,947,870 mt, up 0.7% YoY; China's imports of scrap copper were 400 kt during November, with YTD imports of 3.93 million mt, up 10.6% YoY.

China's imports of unwrought aluminum and aluminum semis were 76,293 mt in November, with YTD imports of 872,461 mt, down 60.4% YoY; alumina imports were 270 kt during November, with YTD imports of 3.9 million mt, down 18.5% YoY; China's imports of scrap aluminum were 250 kt during November, with YTD imports of 2.59 million mt, up 12.0% YoY. China's exports of unwrought aluminum were 73,767 mt in November, with YTD exports of 675,556 mt, up 175.2% YoY.
