Dec 1 (Bloomberg) --  Copper futures in Shanghai and London advanced. The metal gained for the third day on the Shanghai Futures Exchange, rising as much as 1 percent to 63,300 yuan a metric ton.

Three-month-delivery copper on the London Metal Exchange increased as much as 0.3 percent to $8,386.50 a ton.
