Sichuan Aostar Aluminum Company to Resume Full Production

SHANGHAI, May 5 -- According to sources from Guangdong Golden Horse Tourism Group Stock Co., Ltd. (Golden Horse Group), Sichuan Aostar Aluminum Company, a subsidiary of Golden Horse Group, decided to gradually resume operation of 84 sets of electrolytic cells from May 5th, since the upcoming seasonal peak demand period for aluminum will give strong support to aluminum prices.

Sichuan Aostar Aluminum Company owns 168 sets of electrolytic cells, with 84 sets being operational currently and the other 84 sets idled.

Previously, Golden Horse Group announced on April 8th, 2010 that the group plans to sell its stake of 40% in Sichuan Aostar Aluminum Company to Jinbei Aluminum Company, a subsidiary of Luneng Group.
