India's NALCO Tenders to Export 30,000 mt of Alumina

SHANGHAI, Apr. 26 -- India's state-run National Aluminum Co Ltd (NALCO) issued a tender to export 30,000 mt of alumina, with goods to be shipped in May, a source in the company said.

The source who has direct knowledge of the tender process but can not be identified due to company policy said on Monday that bids have to be submitted by May 3rd.

NALCO, whose tenders serve as an international benchmark, last sold 30,000 mt of alumina in February at USD 325.26/mt on a FOB basis.
