SHANGHAI, June 9 (CBI China) -- North China today 1# bright copper was traded at RMB 36,700-37,000/mt, the traders had high interest in moving cargos, while the consumption remained weak, leading to scarce transactions.

    East China today 1# bright copper was traded at RMB 36,600-36,900/mt, the supply was moderate in the market, but the traders were firm with their offers, resulting in weak transactions.

    South China today 1# bright copper was traded at RMB 37,400-37,600/mt, the downstream producers rejected the high-priced copper, contributing to lower purchasing volumes. The overall trading sentiment remained slim.
