귀추환넝, 15억 위안 규모 프로젝트 후난에 착공… 1단계 연간 10만 톤 처리

[Second China-New Zealand NEV Dialogue Held in Beijing] On September 22, 2026, Wang Weiming, Chief Engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Chris Nees, Deputy Secretary of New Zealand's Ministry of Urban, Environmental, Regional and Transport, co-chaired the second China-New Zealand NEV dialogue in Beijing. Wang Weiming stated that establishing the NEV dialogue mechanism is a pragmatic measure to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of China and New Zealand. The two sides jointly held the first China-New Zealand NEV dialogue in Wellington, New Zealand, last December, laying an important foundation for industrial cooperation between the two countries. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is willing to continue strengthening dialogue and exchanges in the NEV field with New Zealand's Ministry of Urban, Environmental, Regional and Transport. Chris Nees stated that the NEV dialogue mechanism has established an important platform for policy exchanges between New Zealand and China in the NEV field, and New Zealand is willing to continue cooperation with China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology under this mechanism. Heads of relevant departments and bureaus of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology attended the dialogue.

【Bridge Green-Hartree, 5억 달러 이상 규모 재활용 리튬 공급 계약 체결…연간 탄산리튬 약 1만 톤】미국 배터리 재활용 기업 Bridge Green Upcycle과 원자재 트레이더 Hartree Partners가 독점 마케팅·공급 계약을 체결했다. 이에 따라 Hartree는 Bridge Green이 생산하는 탄산리튬에 대한 독점 마케팅 권리를 확보하며, 연간 약 1만 톤을 인수하게 된다. 계약 기간은 최초 8년이며 7년 연장이 가능하고, 현 시장 상황 기준 추정 가치는 5억~10억 달러로, 첫 인도는 2028년으로 예상된다. Bridge Green의 인도 재활용 센터는 2026년 2분기에 가동을 시작했으며, 연간 리튬 배터리 처리 능력은 약 7,200톤이다.

【구이저우 사일리, 1억 2천만 위안 규모 폐리튬배터리 재활용 프로젝트 환경영향평가 공개 완료, 연간 처리 능력 2만 5천 톤】구이저우 사일리 신에너지기술유한공사가 '구이양 종합보세구 사일리 폐리튬배터리 친환경 재활용 및 고부가가치 활용 산업기지' 프로젝트의 환경영향보고서(초안)를 공개했다. 이 프로젝트는 총 투자액 1억 2천만 위안으로, 폐리튬배터리 재활용 해체 라인 2개와 양·음극재 파쇄 라인 1개를 건설하며, 연간 폐리튬배터리 및 전극재 2만 5천 톤을 처리할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
