비야디(BYD)코리아 등 8개사, 한국 전기차 보조금 대상서 제외

On June 30, Minmetals New Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Hunan Changyuan Lithium New Energy Co., Ltd. and Jinchi Energy Materials Co., Ltd., have won a contract dispute lawsuit against Zhicun Lithium Group and others. The second-instance judgment was issued, dismissing the appeal and upholding the original ruling, with the subsidiaries prevailing. The case involves RMB 181 million and related interest, and the second-instance court acceptance fee of RMB 370,400 is to be borne by the appellant, Nan Jinxi. The company had previously made relevant bad debt provisions, and this ruling may increase current-period profits, subject to the final audit results.

중커전기는 최근 세 개의 음극재 프로젝트를 중단할 계획이라고 발표했다. 간메이 공업단지의 연 13만 톤 규모 일관형 리튬 배터리 음극재 프로젝트(2022년 계획 후 중단), 란저우 신구의 연 10만 톤 일관형 프로젝트(역시 2022년 계획 후 중단), 모로코의 연 10만 톤 일관형 음극재 기지 프로젝트(2024년 계획 후 중단)다. 한편, 톈톄기술은 앞서 루장 첨단기술지구에서 연 10만 톤 개질 흑연 음극재 프로젝트를 중단한다고 밝혔으며, 당초 총 투자액은 약 14억 5천만 위안이었다. 업계 관계자들은 음극재 분야가 이제 무분별한 증설 단계를 지나 정교한 포지셔닝, 선택적 실행, 품질 향상 및 효율 제고의 국면으로 접어들고 있으며, 과잉 생산능력 정리가 가속화되고 있다고 진단한다.

Recently, ARECOMS of the Democratic Republic of the Congo issued provisions governing unused export quotas for the first half of 2026.
