[E-bike Market Dynamics] According to the Shanxi Provincial People's Congress website, the "Shanxi Province E-bike Management Regulations (Draft)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations")) is currently open for public comments, with the submission deadline set for July 12, 2026. The "Regulations" explicitly prohibit violations such as assembling or modifying electric motors, batteries, and speed-limiting devices; vehicles that do not comply with the "E-bike Safety Technical Specifications" will be subject to transitional management, with the transition period ending no later than December 31, 2030.

[Lead Smelter Updates] It is learned that a large primary lead smelter in Central China plans to carry out annual equipment maintenance from late July to August. During the maintenance period, lead ingot production will be affected, with the monthly output impact expected to be around 9,000 mt. Supply levels from July to September will not reach normal monthly levels. This round of maintenance is expected to conclude in late September, with full production resuming afterwards.
