진멍희토류 왕신정 수석 엔지니어에 따르면, "새로 건설된 4,000톤 NdFeB 스크랩 재활용 자동화 생산라인은 설비, 기술, 자동화 수준에서 업계를 선도합니다. 특히 초기 설계 단계부터 전원소 회수 기술에 주력하여 기존 희토류 자원 재활용의 한계를 넘어 스크랩 내 금속 원소의 전면적 회수·활용을 실현, 스크랩 자원의 가치를 극대화했습니다. 프로젝트 가동 후 연간 1만 6,000톤의 NdFeB 스크랩을 처리해 약 4,000톤의 희토류 산화물을 생산, 중국 내 희토류 자원의 효율적 재활용에 기여할 것입니다."
