광시 투자 그룹 소속 2개 기업, 공업정보화부의 2025년 5G 공장 목록에 선정

최근 중국 공업정보화부(이하 MIIT)가 2025년 5G 공장 목록을 발표했습니다. 이 중 광시투자그룹 산하 두 기업인 광시 바이써 광터우 인하이 알루미늄 유한회사의 5G 공장과 궈넝 광시투자그룹 베이하이 발전소의 5G 공장이 성공적으로 선정되며, 제조업 디지털 전환에서 꾸준한 성과를 이어가고 있습니다. 2023년부터 MIIT는 3년 연속 5G 공장 목록을 발표했으며, 2025년까지 광시의 11개 공장이 MIIT 5G 공장 목록에 포함되었습니다.

바이써 광터우 인하이 알루미늄이 구축한 5G 공장은 생산 효율 향상과 린(lean) 원가 관리에 중점을 둡니다. 5G 기술의 저지연·고대역폭 강점을 활용해 설비 전 영역 상호 연결, 대규모 데이터 실시간 수집 및 AI 지능형 분석을 실현하여, 전 공정의 생산 일정 최적화, 실시간 모니터링, 데이터 추적성을 대폭 개선했습니다. 이를 통해 각 생산 단계가 투명하고 통제 가능해져 제품의 고품질 일관성과 추적성을 보장하고 생산 효율을 크게 높였습니다. 현재 이 5G 공장은 '지능형 전환 솔루션' 제공이 가능해, 기업이 단일 제품 제조에서 '제품+솔루션' 종합 서비스로 전환하는 것을 견인하며 완전히 새로운 g

[SMM 알루미늄 합금 플래시] 이번 주 중국 주조 알루미늄 합금 잉곳 사회 재고는 33,000톤으로 전주 대비 1,200톤 증가하며 4주 연속 재고 증가세를 이어갔다. 전년 동기 대비로는 38,400톤 감소한 수준으로, 53.8% 줄어들었다. 현재 성수기 초입 단계로 하류 기업들의 구매는 주로 강성 수요에 그치고 있으며, 수요 측면은 아직 완전히 회복되지 않았다. 일부 현물 트레이더들의 매입이 입고 물량을 일정 부분 보완했다. 단기적으로 사회 재고는 소폭 증가 추세를 이어갈 것으로 예상된다.
