II. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. Applicants must be independent legal entities within the territory of the People's Republic of China; bidders shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.
- 2. Applicants must not be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platforms at various levels.
- 3. Applicants may register for individual items in the procurement content and must specify the exact material codes and names.
- 4. Applicants should, in principle, be producers. Non-producers must upload the producer's authorization letter with the authorization period, the resource tax payment certificate of the mining enterprise, and the producer's contact information.
- 5. If applicants use road transportation at the headquarters of JISCO, all carrier vehicles must be new energy vehicles (NEVs) or vehicles that meet the China VI vehicle emission standards.
III. Registration Method
- Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame and log in to the electronic tendering and bidding system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/). Unregistered suppliers must complete the registration first, then click "I Want to Register" for the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.
