Lopal announced in an announcement that its controlled subsidiary, Changzhou Liyuan, and its controlled grand subsidiary, Nanjing Liyuan, jointly signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Production Material Procurement" and the "Supplementary Agreement" with Wuhan Cornex New Energy Co., Ltd., Xiaogan Cornex New Energy Co., Ltd., and Yichang Cornex New Energy Co., Ltd., all of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of CORNEX New Energy. It is expected that from 2025 to 2029, Changzhou Liyuan and Nanjing Liyuan will sell a total of 150,000 mt of LFP cathode materials to the buyer, with the total sales amount expected to exceed RMB5 billion.
