Recently, the shortlisted candidates for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the design and construction of the technical renovation project of the Integrated Green Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Base were announced.
According to the announcement, the first shortlisted candidate is Shanghai Yiwei Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. (consortium member: Houpu Clean Energy Group Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.), with a bid price of 15,449,825 yuan.
The second shortlisted candidate is Youjiete Clean Energy Co., Ltd. (consortium members: Guangdong Zhenghe Engineering Co., Ltd. and Hefei Ke'an Equipment Installation Co., Ltd.), with a bid price of 15,491,000 yuan.
According to the tender announcement, the technical renovation project of the Integrated Green Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Base is located on the south side of Shenghua Road, Qiaodong District, Zhangjiakou City, covering an area of 61,300㎡. The project involves technical renovations based on the existing Integrated Green Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Base. The existing project has a total construction area of 6,782㎡, including a 400㎡ comprehensive office building, an 800㎡ control room, a 96㎡ guardhouse, and a 5,486㎡ workshop. It produces approximately 2,800 mt of hydrogen and 22,800 mt of liquid oxygen annually. The existing project includes one set of hydrogen production system, one set of hydrogen compression and filling system, and one set of liquid oxygen production and filling system, with a total investment of 208.01 million yuan. An additional 2000Nm3/h natural gas-based hydrogen production unit will be installed, utilizing the existing hydrogen compression and filling equipment, without changing the total production capacity. An additional investment of 20 million yuan will be made. The original process flow includes hydrogen production, hydrogen compression, hydrogen filling, and liquid oxygen production and filling. The new process flow includes four processes: desulfurization, conversion, shift, and adsorption of biomass natural gas.
The scope of this tender includes the engineering design, equipment and material procurement, and overall construction contracting for the technical renovation project of the Integrated Green Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Base of Zhangjiakou Communications Investment Hydrogen Energy Development Co., Ltd.
