Yonggang Increases May 2025 Phase 1 Ordinary Steel Prices with New Discount Rates

[Yonggang May 2025 1st Phase Ordinary Steel Price Adjustment]

On May 1, Jiangsu Yonggang released its ex-factory prices for the first ten days of May, with rebar up by 70 yuan/ton and wire rod/coil up by 60 yuan/ton. Current prices: rebar at 3,400 yuan/ton, ordinary wire rod at 3,600 yuan/ton, and coiled rod at 3,600 yuan/ton. Additionally, a supplement of 55 yuan/ton for rebar and 65 yuan/ton for wire rod/coil will be applied to the 4-3 phase.

For this period, the monthly discount interest rate for e-bank acceptance drafts is:

1st & 2nd-tier banks: 1.29‰ (previous: 1.13‰)

3rd & 4th-tier banks: 1.59‰ (previous: 1.43‰).
