The purchaser of this procurement project, the Open Inquiry and Comparison for Pangang Group Changcheng Special Steel Coke Granules in May (PGWZMYHGXHD250428207513), is Pangang Group Material Trading Co., Ltd. The funds for the procurement project are self-raised, and the project has met the procurement conditions. An open inquiry and comparison is now being conducted.

3. Bidder Qualification Requirements

Registered capital for production enterprises: 2 million yuan or above
3.4 This procurement requires bidders to meet the following performance requirements:
When bidding, bidders must provide performance certificates for similar products from January 1, 2021, to the bid submission deadline (scanned copies of contracts or invoices. Bidders who have not uploaded performance records of supplying to Pangang will be considered new suppliers).
3.5 This procurement requires bidders to meet the following capability, financial, and other requirements:
Financial requirements: The registered capital shall not be less than 2 million yuan and shall not be less than 30% of the total planned project value (excluding tax).
Capability requirements: 1. Provide scanned copies of enterprise qualifications that have passed the annual inspection: (1) Business license (or duplicate); (2) Tax registration certificate (or duplicate) (except for those with a unified three-in-one certificate); (3) Organization code certificate (or duplicate) (except for those with a unified three-in-one certificate).

3.6 For projects that must be tendered according to the law, bids from dishonest persons subject to enforcement are invalid.
