I. Tender Conditions

This tender project, the "246MW/492MWh Distributed Energy Storage Power Station Project in Jiangdu Economic Development Zone," has been approved for construction. The bid inviter is "Yangzhou Jiangdu Jiangzhou Industrial Development Co., Ltd." The funding for the tender project is self-raised (source of funds), with a contribution ratio of 100%. Qualified bid applicants are now invited to participate in the project registration through public tender.

II. Project Overview

1. Project Location: Jiangdu Economic Development Zone, Yangzhou City.

2. Project Content and Scale: This project plans to utilize the existing sites of enterprises within the Jiangdu Economic Development Zone to construct an energy storage power station, with a planned installed capacity of 246MW/492MWh. The lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries for the energy storage power station will be arranged in fully prefabricated cabins, with 246 2MWh energy storage battery cabins placed outdoors. Each energy storage battery cabin will be equipped with one 1000kW Power Conversion System (PCS), and each set of energy storage battery cabins will be connected to one 1000kVA local step-up transformer. IV. Registration Conditions

1. This tender requires that bidders have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funding, and meet the following requirements: (1) The ability to independently enter into contracts; (2) The enterprise's qualification category, grade, and the project leader's registered profession and qualification registration comply with relevant national regulations; (3) The enterprise meets safety production conditions and has obtained a safety production license issued by the construction administrative department.

2. The project leader proposed by the bidder must be registered with the bidder's unit and possess a valid safety production assessment certificate (B certificate), and meet the following conditions: (1) The project leader is not concurrently employed or practicing in two or more units; (2) The project leader has no ongoing projects (the project manager has no ongoing projects, and the bidder must provide a signed and stamped commitment letter); (3) The project leader has no record of bribery-related criminal activities, or if there is a record, it has been more than five years since the record date. (4) If, after winning the bid, the bid inviter finds through spot checks that the bid winner is inconsistent with the commitments made during bidding, the bid inviter may determine the second-ranked bid candidate as the bid winner. If the second-ranked bid candidate is disqualified for the same reasons specified in the preceding paragraph or declines to win the bid, the bid inviter may determine the third-ranked bid candidate as the bid winner, and so on.
