On April 27, Fengqing County, Yunnan Province, announced the evaluation results of the competitive negotiation for the selection of preferred investors for the second batch of centralized PV power generation projects in 2024. PowerChina and China Huaneng Group were shortlisted for this selection, with a total capacity of 360MW. In terms of the bidding results, the subsidiaries of PowerChina and China Huaneng Group each secured two projects, with capacities of 200MW and 160MW, respectively.

Evaluation Results:

The competitive negotiation for the selection of preferred investors for the second batch of centralized PV power generation projects in Fengqing County, 2024, was publicly conducted at 09:00 on March 24, 2025, in the conference room on the second floor of the Fengqing County Industrial Digital Intelligence Center. The evaluation was completed in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the evaluation principles and methods specified in the negotiation documents. The evaluation results are hereby announced as follows:

Section 1: Selection of Preferred Investor for the Dashulin Tea-PV Complementary Power Generation Project

The first-ranked bidder is PowerChina (Xinping) New Energy Co., Ltd.; the second-ranked bidder is Huahai (Taiyuan) New Energy Co., Ltd.; the third-ranked bidder is China South-to-North Water Diversion Group New Energy Investment Co., Ltd.

Section 2: Selection of Preferred Investor for the Yaojie Tea-PV Complementary Power Generation Project

The first-ranked bidder is Huahai (Taiyuan) New Energy Co., Ltd.; the second-ranked bidder is China Energy Engineering Group Tianjin Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.; the third-ranked bidder is China South-to-North Water Diversion Group New Energy Investment Co., Ltd.

Section 3: Selection of Preferred Investor for the Fengshan Tea-PV Complementary Power Generation Project

Section 4: Selection of Preferred Investor for the Wanfeng Tea-PV Complementary Power Generation Project

Publicity Period: The publicity period is three working days from the date of this announcement (from April 27, 2025, to April 29, 2025).
