On April 24, the People's Government of Shengsi County issued a notice on several policies to promote high-quality economic development (2025 edition).
The Notice stated that it would advance the cultivation of emerging and future industries. Efforts would be made to build a county-level new energy supply base with a capacity of one million kW, with a focus on cultivating the clean energy industry, and ensuring the construction and operation of projects such as offshore wind power, high-end hydrogen energy equipment, and the China Energy Engineering Group Industrial Park. It would break through the transportation bottlenecks on islands and comprehensively expand the application of low-altitude economy formats, including "low-altitude + logistics," "low-altitude + manned transportation," "low-altitude + island government affairs," and "low-altitude + cultural tourism," across the entire island region.
