In January-March, state-controlled enterprises above designated size achieved a total profit of 559.95 billion yuan, down 1.4% YoY. Joint-stock enterprises achieved a total profit of 1.11015 trillion yuan, up 0.1%. Foreign, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan-invested enterprises achieved a total profit of 388.35 billion yuan, up 2.8%. Private enterprises achieved a total profit of 370.97 billion yuan, down 0.3%.
