The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) Party Committee issued a document emphasizing the continuous efforts to resolve the issue of unpaid debts to private enterprises. The comprehensive implementation of the regulations on safeguarding payments to small and medium-sized enterprises, the effective use of new local government special bonds, and the establishment of a credit supervision mechanism in the field of unpaid enterprise debts were highlighted. The relevant default and arrears situations will be included in the credit records of the involved entities, with strengthened bill management and information disclosure. Legal and regulatory measures will be taken to enforce penalties for dishonesty, and collaboration with relevant departments will accelerate the formation of a joint force to clear unpaid enterprise debts.
