Xiamen Completes Four Land Auctions with Total Fees of 8.829 Billion Yuan, Maximum Premium Hits 12.34%

Xiamen Concludes 4 Commercial and Residential Land Transactions with a Maximum Premium of 12.34%

The Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning held the second auction of commercial and residential land for the year 2025, successfully transacting 4 parcels of land. The total land area sold was 17.06 hectares, with a total building area of 292,800 m², and the total land transfer fees amounted to 8.829 billion yuan.

Seven groups of bidders participated in the land auction, including Poly Real Estate, CNOOC Real Estate, China Communications Construction Group, C&D Real Estate, Xiamen Rail Transit Group, Xiamen ITG, and Xiamen Special Engineering Consortium, as well as Lianfa Group. The auction results showed that the 2025P09 plot in the Wuyuan Bay area of Huli was won by Zhongrao (Xiamen) Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Poly), with a total transaction price of 3.414 billion yuan. The residential transaction floor price was 50,645 yuan/m², with a premium rate of 12.34%.
