2. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or various credit information sharing platforms.

3. The registrant must accept the bid inviter's payment method (payment after account suspension, spot exchange).

4. The registrant must have the capability to respond to the tender project.

3. Registration Method

• Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame, log in to the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/), and unregistered suppliers must first complete the registration, then click on the corresponding procurement notice "I Want to Register" and fill in the relevant information.
