2. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any level of credit information sharing platform.

3. The registrant accepts the project's payment method (payment after account suspension, spot exchange).

4. When the registrant adopts road transportation, all carrier vehicles must be NEVs or vehicles that meet the China VI vehicle emission standards.

• Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame, log in to the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/), and unregistered suppliers must first complete registration, then click "I Want to Register" on the corresponding procurement notice, and fill in the relevant information.
