2. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the People's Republic of China.
- 2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any level of credit information sharing platform.
- 3. The registrant must accept the project's payment method (payment after account suspension, spot exchange).
- 4. When the registrant adopts road transportation, all carrier vehicles must be NEVs or vehicles that meet the China VI vehicle emission standards.
3. Registration Method
- Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame, log in to the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/), and unregistered suppliers must first complete the registration, then click "I Want to Register" on the corresponding procurement notice, and fill in the relevant information.
