II. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. The registrant must provide a registration document issued by a government or commercial institution in the registrant's location;
- 2. The registrant must be the direct producer of the procurement item or the designated sales company of the producer;
- 3. If the registrant is an independent legal entity within the People's Republic of China, it must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or various credit information sharing platforms;
- 4. The registrant must accept the payment method of the bid inviter.
- 5. This procurement accepts producers.
III. Registration Method
- Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame, log in to the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/), and unregistered suppliers must first complete the registration, then click "I Want to Register" on the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.
